I told you guys I would add updates later. So after I went to bed at 7AM, I woke up at 12PM because I thought that the UPS guy would come around that time but in actuality, he came around 3PM. I told myself to get up because I knew I wouldn’t be able to sleep until I got my new lens for my camera & I’ve basically been running on 5 hours of sleep. I’m super tired right now…yet I’m hungry. I experimented with the new lens & even though I only have a couple of pictures to show for it, let me tell you, it’s amazing. I LOVE it to death. I can zoom in all the way across the pond to see the golfers golfing. I can’t wait until I go on the Mexican Riviera cruise this Winter!

Last night I made this icon. I was just experimenting with this technique that seems to be popular. I wouldn’t say I mastered it or anything but I will definitely try to improve on it. I’ll make it a tutorial or something. I also had a midterm for Calculus that I totally bombed..again. Math is officially not my thing. I should’ve studied more but our Professor gave us this guideline of what we should study & the problems he gave us on the midterm were ten times harder & not at all what we expected. TRICKY!! I fell asleep in all of my classes yesterday. I didn’t get enough sleep. I returned my laptop that I got from Radioshack today. I saw the cutie again…but like I told Bonnie, it’s such a turn-off when a guy who is in a relationship hits on other girls. I also bought a Pink Dell XPS 1530 laptop today. It was really expensive. It might take a while to ship to me because they have to build it since I customized it. I’m excited for it! I’ll be able to take notes in class & play crazy games on it as well. Thank goodness Bobby gave me a coupon for it! 15% off! YEAYUH! Dell lets you choose to plant a tree to support reforestation so of course I picked it. GO GREEN! I had the guts to actually do something crazy today. I feel so BA right now.

My phone fell underneath my bed so the sound of the alarm was muffled. I woke up late & literally had 2 minutes to get dressed. It was a good thing I made it to my midterm on time, phew! After school, I went with Pearl to eat at Chipotle & then we went to RadioShack because her brother works there. He told her to buy this laptop that was on sale & I noticed the laptop next to it which happened to be a lot better, just more expensive. I need a laptop, so I called my dad, asked him if I could buy it (for now) & told him the price ($679). He told me I could so I bought it! Pearl & I bought the same laptop. It’s kind of a filler laptop for now until we find a better one. Of course we’re going to return it upon finding a better one, we’re not spoiled rotten, sheesh. We’re just testing it out for now. Pearl’s brother’s co-worker was pretty cute. I had a fun time shopping with her. Her brother assumed I didn’t know anything about computers because he claims that Pearl doesn’t so when I started talking to him, he was shocked. We later went over to Alex Kim’s house & he made us pasta, crepes, & curry! I was helping Pearl set up her laptop & her brother calls. He told Pearl that his co-worker told him to tell us that he thought we were both cute so we told the cutie that he could take us both on a date but he said he had a girlfriend! WHAT A TEASE. Why would you do that to us?! Why in the world would you tell some girls that they’re cute & NOT be available? Sooooo lame.

I have another midterm on Thursday–Calculus! eeek. Not excited. The Dell XPS laptop that I want to get is a lot more pricier than the one I currently have so I have to ask my dad about it. Early Christmas + SUPERSUPERSUPER Early 19th Birthday present?! I must negotiate. Wish me luck! He did say he was going to get me a laptop for college!

Alex Vo told me yesterday on ooVoo that he actually reads my blogs. Shocking! Sarah said in her recent blog that she’s bad at blogging (so am I) & I’m going to try to make my blogs more interesting.

Vicky showed me this article that she was furious about: Two gangs were shopping at the Asian Garden Mall & apparently got into an argument which led to a shooting. Police rushed to the scene & the injured were immediately rushed to the hospital. Don’t stab me because I’m going to say this, but Vicky & I thought: what a waste of tax money. The police probably have more important things to do than settle a dispute between two groups of idiots who think they’re BAMF. People shouldn’t have to pay taxes for stupid crimes like this. They’re just stupid kids trying to prove who’s the “Alpha Male”. They probably don’t have licenses for those guns, which means the police have to confiscate them, & they probably don’t have health care so they’ll be rushed to the hospital where doctors have to treat the idiots. Too bad there’s no cure for being an idiot. If I were the doctor, I’d charge extra. $500 for surgery, $500 for the anesthesia, & $1,000 for wasting my time. Those are just rough estimates. Can you say, “SHOPPING SPREE”!? Doctors should be spending their time on people who actually need to be treated, not the idiots who got themselves shot. The police would have to throw someone in jail (taxes down the drain) & a court hearing will adjourn (waste of the judge’s & lawyers’ time). Stop overworking the police with crimes that can be prevented: don’t be stupid. If things went our way, all those gang bangin’ idiots would be shipped to an isolated island. Darwinian Theory: Only the strongest & fittest survive. They’ll probably end up killing each other off, the sole purpose of my point. Stop the unnecessary violence! Think about it.

I got back my quiz from my Political Science class today. I’m so disappointed. I really thought I did better but I missed half of a question because I forgot exactly what something was. DARN IT. I can only miss 40 points to maintain an A & 80 points to maintain a B. THAT’S IT. The class is out of 400 points. I’m soooooo screwed. I will be content with a B. DARN IT. I’m supposed to be majoring in this too. Depresssssing.

I’ve been watching House lately. I love that show SOOO much. It’s the most thought provoking & down-right hilarious show on television. Okay, that’s probably an exaggeration but it is a really great show. There’s an episode when the team discuss a patient’s symptoms & House limps over to his coffee/snack area & asks, “WHO ATE ALL THE ANIMAL CRACKERS?!”

Best line was when Ellen Page’s uncle comes out to jump start her car & sees a bag full of pamphles that read, “Stem cell research: Why it’s the wrong choice.” Uncle looks at her & says, “Boy, you young Republicans sure know how to have a good time”. hahahahahaa. oh man that was hilarious.

The Stock market dropped 777 points yesterday. Hello Great Depression part 2. This is ridiculous. We need new policies to regulate this kind of thing so it doesn’t happen again. HELLO, did we not learn from the first time it happened?!
